terms of service
Payment will be given once the work has started!
Product will be delivered digitally.
Customer has right to how ever many changes unless it alters the full work that was done already.
Customer CAN'T ask for refunds
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner if possible.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any hate related stuff or blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
T.O.S IN FULL DEPTH
This contract applies to the artist further called Seller(Krazy) and person (you) or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller (Krazy) the Customer(You) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS
Customer agrees to pay the due amount when payment is asked before the work on the product continues or given to Customer.Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences or given to Customer.Customer accepts that work on the Product will not continued or given to them until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to messages or email address or uploaded to customers Vrchat account, after the final adjustment has been made.Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
Customer has the right to as many complete revisions in the throughout unless it changes the entire work that is done already you will be charged for the time that was lost.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD!Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's payment account.REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTEDPERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.CANCELLATIONS
Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order before payment is given or if customer is being disrespectful or found to have done something that makes Seller uncomfortable.
BEFORE YOU COMISSION!
Both parties need to own the model for requesting for an edit or retexture if you wish to commission me and you don't own the model or i do not own it the commission can not happen.
you must be able to show proof of purchase of the model.If something that you want that isn't listed don't be shy to ask if i can do it!
